Smoking: Kearsarge Inn is a smoke free Inn. Smoking is not permitted in our rooms or public areas.

Breakfast at the Kearsarge:
As a courtesy to our hotels guests we serve freshly brewed locally roasted coffee, a selection of hot tea and juice. For those who would like a full country breakfast - don't worry you are in walking distance of two of the towns BEST breakfast places!

Check In & Check Out: Check In time is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.  If you will arrive later than 7:00, please call so special arrangements can be made!  Check Out time is before 11:00 AM.

Cancellations:
A. Cancellation occurring 8 days or more of the desired check-in date will receive a 100% refund.
 
B. Cancellation occurring between 7 days and 2 days (48 hours) of the desired check-in date will receive a gift certificate valid for one year in the full amount of the deposit. This gift certificate is subject to all future reservation requirements and restrictions. This certificate is transferable.

C. Cancellation occurring within 48 hours of our 3:00 PM check-in time will result in loss of the full deposit.

Deposits: A deposit in the amount of the rate for one room night including tax is required to secure a one night reservation - a 50% depsoit is required for any visit over one night.. Deposits can be made in the form of bank or personal check or credit card. In the case of a personal check, a reservation cannot be confirmed until the check has cleared. Credit card deposits will be processed at the time the reservation is made.

Children: The Mount Washington Valley has a long history and tradition as a family vacation destination. In keeping with this tradition, guests with children of any age are welcome in the family suites. Children age 12 or older are welcome in the main inn.

Attire: North Conway is an active vacation resort area. Casual wear is appropriate at all times throughout The Kearsarge Inn andHorsefeathers property.

Groups and Special Events: Rates and requirements may vary for special occasions such as weddings, family reunions, and or business functions. Please inquire via telephone or email.

Method of Payment: American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards, debit/ATM cards, cash, or personal check with identification are accepted.

Packages & Dinner Reservations: Guests are strongly encouraged to make their dinner reservations at Horsefeathers Restaurant upon arrival. If you are traveling during peak or holiday periods we strongly suggest that reservations be made prior to your arrival. This also pertains to guests traveling in conjunction with any vacation packages.
